To reduce crime and improve public safety, New Zealand Police needed to convince more Kiwi to consider a career in policing. We found that many New Zealanders already had the attributes Police were looking for, they just didn’t know it yet.
Across video, OOH, and social, we followed more than 50 serving officers as they recruited from the same communities they help keep safe. Blending observational humour with police terminology to highlight attributes like patience, leadership, fitness, empathy, teamwork, and problem-solving.
