To grow as a city, Wellington needs to continually attract ambitious, talented New Zealanders to live here. To do this, we suggested highlighting successful residents and the seemingly ordinary moments that led to their successes.
But we didn’t want these to be the typical success stories that are forgotten as soon as the marketing campaign ends. So we decided to immortalise their stories with the help of an ever-present but often forgotten Wellington icon: the humble pigeon
